Frankie is mischievous and always causing chaos — unlike Paz, who causes it entirely by accident, Frankie does it completely on purpose. He does not really have a job. He mostly just unscrews things that were supposed to stay screwed.

Frankie will not appear in every single book. Twin Falls, quite honestly, cannot handle that much chaos at once. But when he does show up, nothing stays fastened for long.
