Wayne is the strongest, most reliable member of the crew. Stocky, no-nonsense, and trusted behind the wheel of absolutely anything in Twin Falls. Need someone to clear snow off the tracks with the yellow loader? Wayne. Need someone to drive the most difficult vehicle in the worst conditions? Wayne.

His one weakness? Paz. Specifically, the endless, exhausting, completely fruitless pursuit of Paz whenever something has gone wrong. Which is most of the time. Wayne has never actually caught him.
