Lorenzo runs Lorenzo's Bistro — the finest coffee, the best lunch, and more flowers than you have ever seen in a restaurant in your life. He's Italian, passionate, and his mood can shift in an instant. Usually because someone has gone near the flowers.

He has forgiven Paz for the moose incident. Mostly. The bistro is rebuilt, the flowers are back, and there is now a very visible DO NOT MAKE FACES AT MOOSE sign in the front window.
